Longevity by Yana
Longevity & Lifestyle Consultant
I provide general, non-medical wellbeing education and lifestyle coaching for adults over 40.
My work focuses on sustainable everyday routines, balanced eating habits, sleep, movement, recovery and long-term wellbeing.
The service is educational and lifestyle-based. It does not include diagnosis, treatment, interpretation of medical tests, clinical nutrition or the prescription of supplements.

About me
I'm Yana Pirkl, a Longevity & Lifestyle Consultant.
I spent twenty years working in fashion and five years in cosmetology. Today, my life is also connected to a biodynamic winery in the south of France.
Although these areas may appear different, they share one central value: quality of life, conscious self-care and maintaining the energy for what truly matters.
Today, I support women and men over 40 in creating a more sustainable lifestyle — without extremes, rigid restrictions or one-size-fits-all programmes.
My work focuses on everyday habits: daily routines, balanced eating habits, sleep, movement, recovery and creating a healthier balance between activity and rest.
My service is a form of educational lifestyle coaching. I help clients define their personal goals, create a realistic course of action and gradually make supportive habits a natural part of everyday life.
I do not provide medical services, diagnose conditions, or replace a doctor.

How I work
It isn't a one-off consultation or a page of recommendations — it's a process we go through together.
- 01
Application and introduction
The client completes a short form about their lifestyle, daily rhythm, habits and personal goals. I reply personally and explain the coaching format.
- 02
Lifestyle review
We review everyday routines, eating habits, sleep, movement, rest and the areas the client would like to improve.
- 03
Personal lifestyle roadmap
The client receives a practical, non-medical lifestyle roadmap based on their goals, preferences, schedule and everyday life.
- 04
Coaching and accountability
During the month, we review progress, work on consistency and adjust everyday actions and habits where needed.
What's included
- A review of lifestyle, routines and personal wellbeing goals.
- General educational information about balanced eating habits.
- Support in organising sleep, movement and recovery routines.
- A practical everyday habit plan.
- Regular check-ins and accountability.
- Support with maintaining consistency.
- Review of progress towards the client's personal lifestyle goals.
Working together
I work in an ongoing format because lasting change can't be built in a single conversation. What matters here is consistency, support, and gradual steps — not a one-off tip.
I take on no more than eight clients a month. That's a condition of quality: I work individually with each client throughout the month.
When this isn't the right fit
- Acute conditions that need medical care.
- Pregnancy.
- If you're looking for a ready-made clinical treatment plan rather than educational coaching.
- If you're not ready to change your everyday habits yet.
