The service
These Terms govern the coaching programme offered on this website. The service consists of general, non-medical wellbeing education and lifestyle coaching for adults, focused on everyday routines, balanced eating habits, sleep, movement, recovery and long-term wellbeing, as described elsewhere on this site.
Not medical services
The service does not include medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, interpretation of medical tests, clinical nutrition, or management of medical conditions, and does not replace a doctor or other licensed healthcare professional. If you experience medical symptoms, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Booking, payment and eligibility
The programme is booked by completing the short form on this site. It is intended for adults, and by submitting the form and completing payment you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Payment is a single, one-time fee for one month of coaching, processed securely by Stripe — this site never stores card details. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal; continuing beyond the first month requires a separate, deliberate decision and payment.
Client responsibilities and materials
You are responsible for consulting a healthcare professional before making any change that may affect a medical condition, pregnancy, or diagnosed illness. Materials shared as part of the programme are for your personal, non-commercial use and may not be redistributed without permission.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under the separate Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the provider is not liable for outcomes resulting from lifestyle choices made by the client, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
