Cancellation and Refund Policy
One-time payment
The coaching programme is billed as a single, one-time payment for one month of support. Nothing renews automatically and there is no subscription.
Before coaching begins
If you cancel before your coaching month has started, you are entitled to a full refund.
After coaching begins
Once the coaching month has started, fees covering support already provided are generally non-refundable, except as set out below or where applicable law provides otherwise.
Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA clients)
Consumers based in the EU/EEA may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for services within 14 days, unless they have expressly requested the service to begin immediately and acknowledged that this right is lost once the service is fully performed. How to request a refund
Send a written request to the contact email below, including your name and the date of payment. Requests are acknowledged within a few business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
