By filling out the form on this site, you provide your name, a contact (Telegram or phone), and email. This data is only used so Longevity by Yana can reach out to you about mentoring, and it is never passed on to third parties.

This site loads analytics (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) only after you accept the cookie banner.

Clients who begin working with Yana also fill out a separate pre-consultation intake — it collects health data and requires its own explicit consent. That data is stored in secure storage and used only to prepare your protocol.
